So now are you saying that $14 million goes to Giffels, and Giffels
will contribute $2 million worth of labor and materials?
In other words, Giffels is going to be paid $14 million to design and
build this facility?
Why just a $16 million facility? Why not call it a $28 million
facility? Giffels would be equal partners then, and the fact that
they're supporting 50% of the project means they're reeeeeally behind
the technology.
