Mike, Ok I'm not going to insult you or anyone anymore.  It's too easy.
 Giffels does not get 16 million dollars. As a matter of fact they are
giving 2 million CND in like and kind to the the project.  The funds go
into the project, not into the pockets of Giffels.   If Giffels
pocketed 16 mil, where does the funds for the project come from?   I
have to tell you, it is very hard not to insult you.
