Might be interesting if we could get someone with a half a clue in here from
SHEC to answer some questions.
I doubt very much they have any idea at all the hurtin' Marco has put on
them here.

So far, it (SHEC) appears as nothing more than a tax-grab/relieve the
ignorant of their cash kinda deal
I notice their "cost analysis" doesn't include "doing" anything with the
hydrogen (ie compression, liquefaction, etc)
IIRC the landfill in Toronto, Ontario, installed a gas turbine/electric
generator skid around 20 years ago and it seemed to be a successful
venture....but that was "off the shelf" stuff, cheap to install and
maintain. Like you said, for most sites, it just isn't cost effective, and
the methane is just dumped.
