I have a copy of:

Waller, W.H. & Hodge, P.W. 2003. Galaxies and the Cosmic Frontier.
Harvard Univ. Press. 2003gcf..book.....W
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-bib_query?bibcode=2003gcf..book.....W

I'm looking for the journal articles from which a couple of the figures
in the book came from. (Waller does not include footnotes).

The first is Figure 13.3 at page 226. The top part of the figure shows
a plot of all the galaxies out to 200 Mpc with the note "Puc-shaped
diagram basd on the Harvard-Smithosian Center for Astrophyiscs
redshift." I've looked at the Zwicky survey site and don't see a 200
Mpc plot.

The lower part of Figure 13.3 is wedge diagram of about 25,000 galaxies
attributed to the "Las Campanas Observatory in Chile."

The second figure is Figure 14.3 on page 235. This figure is basic
Hubble diagram plotting Type Ia supernova attributed to the "HST
distance-scale team." The figure sets the stage for a discussion of
whether the universe is closed or expanding.

Any help would be appreciated.
