If you won't accept the bet, then at least explain to me
why you won't accept it. In the worst case, all you stand

Your repeated protests that you can't collect are both
groundless and irrelevant. Even if you really believed
that you can't collect, that would not be a reason to
decline, since it costs you nothing to accept. And you
have never actually declined. You have merely claimed
that you have no chance of collecting, without saying
why you make that claim or why you don't accept anyway.
