Jim, I don't understand why it is so hard for you to answer a simple question that you could have answered weeks ago. If you won't accept the bet, then at least explain to me why you won't accept it. In the worst case, all you stand to lose is a dollar, an envelope, and postage-- or just a postcard and postage, if you choose.
