I would have built a huge floating ball, miles in radius,
a white ball floating above the sea, an office building
and an elevator to space for austronautical work. The
ball uses airpressures to rise up to zero G and come
back down bringing back down the astronauts from
work. Space miners, spaceship genitors, and all
the good people of New York.
