Yup. I used to think that all the Iowa humidity had to blow up from the
Gulf of Mexico, but then I learned that growing corn gives off lots of
moisture, and we can often be more humid than Louisiana. Right now,
(3:28 CDT,) the temp is 93F, (33.88C,) which doesn't sound all that
awful, but with the HUMIDITY it feels like... well...
There are places that get hotter than the American Midwest, and
places that get colder, but not a whole lot of places that do both.
