The mission fact sheet on the Deep Impact (JPL) site gives the impact
time as 0600 4 July 2005 UT. I've seen that same time elsewhere. I would
assume that this doesn't take into consideration light time. The comet's
distance at impact is about 0.85 AU, so figure 7 minutes light time. I
would also assume that a final impact time (near 0600 UT) will be
published soon (or maybe already has).
