There are quite a few casing stones at the foot of the Great Pyramid, as
well as the unfinished granite casing stones for the pyramid of Mycerinus.
It is interesting that Florian mentions the internal casing stones (by which
I assume he means the stones lining the various chambers and passageways) as
most of those are sloping. Perhaps he would care to suggest a method for
casting sloping blocks?
