I've never bred a dog in my life. I've told Seppo that quite a few times,
yet he persists in that lie (promising of course to reveal his evidence
sometime in the future).  

Given that he lies about something so obviously false, why believe him
about anything else?

And ask any Usenet expert about ownership of moderated newsgroups and see
what they say -- by their nature, they aren't public. If they were, they
wouldn't be moderated.

He is right about one thing -- we don't allow fictional history such as
Lemuria, aliens building pyramids, etc. Or insults.  Polite presentation
of evidence is always welcome.
