I agree, a proper leaky pipe - not just a perforated hosepipe - has been a 
boon to us in this very hot, dry  summer. I've hardly lifted a watering can 
and wouldn't consider a sprinkler or a hosepipe anyway.

It's well worth the investment even for the biggest garden. Next time Lidl 
has some we'll get more.
