Hi Matthias,

You seem to have thrown in everything from Andrew ldap-fixes branch,
including a heap of stuff that just doesn't work. It even includes the
ldb index rewrite that we definately do not want in at the moment (it
breaks all existing ldb's)

Please don't do any more merging until we've sorted this out with
Andrew and you get an ack from me and from Andrew. 

I'll start reverting.
