[PATCH] Use single copy of {talloc,tdb,replace,socket_wrapper}

Since the mailing list seems to think my mails are too big, I've pushed
several branches to my repository at
git://git.samba.org/jelmer/samba.git that make Samba 3 and Samba 4 use
the same copy of libtalloc, libtdb, libreplace and libsocket_wrapper
(one branch per library).

The branches are named single{tdb,talloc,replace,sw} and there's a
branch that combines all four as well named "single".
