[Samba4][PATCH] Make torture/nsstest.c compile

Hi folks,

the following patch adds nsstest to the Samba4 build and adds the necessary 
header to make it compile on all platforms supported by nss_winbind. The 
reason why I used a separate header instead of just including winbind_nss.h 
is that tridge said the program ideally should work standalone, so I didn't 
want to depend on Samba headers for this. Any thoughts on that?
