Building 3.0.23c on AIX

I noticed that idmap_rid and idmap_ad modules come up as *not* on "how to
build". Should these be added to the "default_shared_modules" list?

Or should just idmap_rid be placed there and idmap_ad contingent on ADS
support?

I can present a patch either way.
