Hi
When i tried deleting files in "/tmp" it showed error so i tried deleting
file with the command
su -c 'rm -r /tmp/*'

in other words world writables with the sticky bit set
cd /; ls -l so see the permissions, should look like
drwxrwxrwt 7 root root 4096 Oct 3 10:04 tmp
