why not parse /proc/mounts yourself to generate the exclude list? (mind
you it's next to impossible to get all the bind info from /proc/mounts
anyhow.)
also why isn't --exclude-other-filesystems working? is it because you've
got some portion of a filesystem mounted back over itself?
