[Qt-interest] mingw for qt - download location?

I am installing the mingw Version of Qt. With the current mingw release 
it complains about a wrong version (expects 3.2, finds 3.12).
So I used the download option. However, I am planing a workshop where 
people are going to install a C++/Qt environment without any net connection.
In require therefore the installation of mingw that Qt downloads.

 From where can I get the mingw that Qt uses?
