Another thought I had today: The more specific your model gets, the more you
rely on certain db tables and tcp-connections and stuff, the less usable for
others your model is becoming.
For example:
I do have a model for TreeItems, if I added more specific code for the
specific subclasses of my TreeItem, it would become usable at less positions
in the code...
Hard to explain and I am tired, but I am a real object oriented programmer, I
can't stop thinking about generalizations and abstractions and encapsulations
and objects/classes.
