Qt 4.2.2/OS X Leopard - QFileDialog::getSaveFileName() crash?

I have an app that works perfectly fine on Tiger, but when the save file 
dialog comes up on Leopard, the app crashes. This is when the 
platform-native dialog is used. It works when I use the Qt dialog. Using 
Qt 4.2.2. Anyone else seen this?
