qt-mac-commercial-4.3.2 & Xcode

1) I read there are specific QT installing/using instructions upon Xcode 
version, I'll use OS 10.4.10  & Xcode 2.5; Do you guys have any experience 
with this set-up??

2) I'm developing my windows version app with QT built statically (no Dlls) 
Is this way available somehow on MAC ?
