I don't know about windows, but in Linux you can have KDevelop that
integrates all the QT tools (designer, linguist, etc.) in one IDE.
Eclipse is a good IDE for Java, but it consumes a lot of resources and
you have to integrate QT by hand while in KDevelop you have it done.
