No Main C++ File under Suse 9.1

Hello list,

I need to program a little C++ GUI and have worked through the little Getting Started Qt Tutorial today. I am running Suse 9.1 with the Qt Version 3.3.1-33 installed directly from the Suse DVD. When I start Qt, however, I cannot create a new main C++ file in the File->New->New File Window. I have tried the Yast update (Verstion 3.3.1-36) but still cannot create a new main C++ file -- I've tried a bit to write one from scratch but failed so far, ahving to guess what files to include. All other source files generated with Qt compile fine though. Any ideas, what to do in order to have Qt generate a main file automatically? The other Qt packages installed on my computer are Qt3-devel, Qt3-devel-doc, Qt3-devel-tools, Qt3-extensions, Qt3-static, Qt3-examples, Qt3-non-mt.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Cheers, Sebastian
