Description:
? Fix bugs, enhance code, and design changes for existing
code
? Coordinate with other IT resources (DBAs, UNIX Sys
Admins, Developers) for shared responsibilities.
? Provide end-user support for existing applications
? Develop tools to better support applications
? Determine and correct problems in assigned systems
? Strong Unix and scripting skills using standard Perl and
shell
Required skills:
? Bachelor's degree in a computer science, or equivalent experience
? Experience debugging code written by other developers in production
environments
? Knowledge of databases including basic SQL
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
? Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
? Experience working in a customer-centric environment
? Apply in-depth technical analysis of application issues to solve customer
reported problems
? Ability to relate technical information in a non-technical manner.
? Ability to analyze and grasp user's needs.
? Ability to work well within a team to learn and share knowledge.
? Experience in one or more of the following programming language is
required.
o PERL
o UNIX shell scripting
o HTML
o C
o JavaScript
