Description:
* The primary purpose of this role will be highly technical hands-on
leadership of a team of excellent engineers focused on development for the
Rubicon Project.
* Expected to deliver multiple new products and features in very short
timescales with the Rubicon Project?s excellent uptime record.
* An excellent team builder, capable of recruiting, training and
managing the best of the best. You get culture, great culture, and now how

* Be a key member of the Rubicon Project?s engineering management team,
reporting to the VP of Product & Engineering, expected to contribute to
strategic and operational decisions in addition to being someone willing to
get their hands dirty and get the job done.
* Be able to handle the dynamic nature of a startup, but also enhance
our development and release methodology.
Required skills:
* C/Perl/Linux/PHP/Apache/MySQL/BGP
* Master of the whole picture, from front end to db to QA to Data
Centers.
* LAMP? You eat LAMP for breakfast. And you eat it with a side of
super-advanced AJAX cause that?s how you like it.
* Experience in internet advertising preferred.
* Graduate education, with a BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science,
or a related discipline.
