Must have excellent English skills, Senior Perl Programmer with experience
in Content Management Systems or other Large and complex Perl Application. 
MySQL.  

We only contract directly with "the" programmer involved. Not through
agency or to a "group".  

Required skills:
Immediate availability.  3 Senior Perl Programmers.

Desired skills:
Excellent English Comprehension.  We currently have 1100 schools and this
is old, convoluted code.  It will be real work to understand.  We are in
the process of formulating a migration strategy to upgrade the code.
