I have install Microsoft VC++, and it is install successfully.
But still I am getting the same error, which is as below.

I believe ActiveState may have a pre-compiled version of Crypt::DES in
their version of CPAN (limited in scope, but has the basics). The
oddity here is that Crypt::DES is now bundled with the core install,
so
I'm not sure why it wasn't included initially with the main distro.
