Peng,
I've ran a few tests and the code returned duplicate numbers, is there a way to
have the script returns only unique values? thanks.
10005 1500000 10004 10004 1500000
10002 1500000 10006 10006 140000

Try the modified code below, it works fine.

my @nums =

my @randnum = map { $nums[int rand(@nums)] } 1 .. $max;
print "@randnum \n";
