9.5x spam filter works... not as good as 9.00 one

I remember that 9.xx (not 9.5x) spam filter worked very well. After  
installation only needed to mark less than 10 spam messages to get it  
working at 99%.

In 9.50/9.51, I have one month marking spam and filter continues making  
serious mistakes. For now it only recognizes abut 50% spam messages.
