IMAP.Sent (again)

More troubles...

The problem of unstored sent mails has reappeared. It seems that opera  
forgets about the IMAP.Sent folder when it exits. When I start opera,  
IMAP.Sent is not specified (and not choosable) for two of three accounts,  
even though I have just specified them in the previous opera session. In  
the IMAP folders dialog, only INBOX is subscribed for these two accounts.  
But after having opened the IMAP folders dialog once and just viewing the  
(empty set of) subscriptions, the mail account dialog suddenly remembers  
the INBOX.Sent setting. Turning back to the IMAP Folders dialog, now  
suddenly all folders are subscribed for all accounts.

All three mail accounts are hooked to the same IMAP account using  
different sender addresses.
