Not directly. You can save the attachments, and then locate/edit the actual
.mbs file. Could potentially cause problems, with the indexing, since there
is are indices for different types of attachments.
Safest way would be to export the message, delete it from opera, edit the
exported message to remove the attachments, and then import it.
