I had no trouble getting the message (via leafnode) from
news.motzarella.org See http://motzarella.org/?language=en&showpage=home
for info.

I suspect the copy on your nntp server has been corrupted. Full contents
of the message appended.

I like "DTF"!

To get it, I printed the 880 page manual two-up, two-sided on Win XP on
my Brother HL-1440 laser printer with does manual software duplexing
(print even pages, turn it over, print odd pages). I printed 100 pages
(25 physical pages) at a time in case something went wrong.

I then brought the 220 pages into my friendly neighborhood Office Depot
where they spiral bound it for less than US$5.00.

A hint when printing: To print two-up, specify landscape mode; in
portrait mode the adjacent pages come out in reverse order.

The DTF form is very handy.
