Spam Processing

Hello,

WHen I receive spam, it shows in the Undread folder and in the Spam  
folder.  That means it is processed like any other message except that it  
also appears in the Spam folder.  Is there a way to simply put them in the  
Spam folder without seeing them anywhere else?
