I just began to use opera.
anyone can tell me how to config gmail, hotmail
and yahoo email accouts?

Visit each of their usual web sites using Opera :)

http://mail.google.com/mail or http://gmail.com
http://mail.yahoo.com
http://hotmail.com

Gmail also offers free POP (download to your own computer) access,
and has instructions in your web settings where you turn on POP access;
note that you must use SSL (not default port 110) for Gmail.

Yahoo and Hotmail offer POP for paid accounts,
and likewise have their own instructions on their own web sites.

AFAIK Hotmail provides WebDAV access "only" to Outlook (and Express) "only" for legacy users who have used Hotmail/ MSN before 2004. Other Hotmail users are stuck with webmail and ofcourse its now moving to the "Live" email branding..

If the question is how to access these services from a pop3 client (like M2) then you should look at MrPostman or freepops both which provide pop3 access to webmail accounts
