Say you have 10000 email messages and want to put them into 50 groups so 
each group has 200 email messages.  Can I do that with filters?  Once 
you have a lot of email messages its imperative to group them.  Then you 
can purge the irrelevant ones far easier.  Its sort of like going over 
your filing cabinet once a year so it doesn't get unmanageable.
