Yes.  I was just curious as to whether the file had something else.

I've just experimented with running opera file://`pwd`/filename.html, and
whether I include the localhost part, or not, it never shows the content
as text.

Could you pick a sample file that is showing as text, on your system,
and attach it to an email to me?  See my sig, for how to alter my from
address.
