Well they didn't do a very good job of fixing it.

Step 4. now works with the 1581 build, but...

5. Enter <alt+left> to return to the initial page.
6. The link 'Opera 9.23' is still highlighted.
7. Enter <shift+ enter> 
8. Nothing happens.
9. Enter just <enter>
10. The Opera 9.23 link is opened.
11. Duh?
