I'm assuming you are using "Cycle without showing list".  They pretty
much screwed this one up. On my system:

<alt + PgDown> does nothing
<alt + PgUp> sometimes works
<ctrl + tab> does nothing
<clrl + shift + tab> sometimes works.

That God <ctrl + {left, right} arrow> still work.
