Yes. The settings are called "Validation URL" and "Validation Form  
Element" under "[User Prefs]". See

If you are using the Opera 9 TP, you can set them directly from the  
opera:config document, otherwise you need to exit Opera and edit your  
opera6.ini (or /etc/opera6rc to make the change global) manually.
