The user's current settings are stored in opera6.ini.  Mine has
HostName Expansion Postfix=ca,qc.ca,com,net,org

Within opera, this is visible at
opera:config#Network|HostNameExpansionPostfix or
Tools/Preferences.../Advanced/Network/Server Name Completion.
