I find that some ad-infested web pages are more expediently handled by
a minimalist browser such as OffByOne.

Is there a way I can r-click a URL and send it to ...

"C:\Program Files\OffByOne\OB1.exe" "http://www.somewhere.com";

In 9.5 this is already offered by default, in the 'Open with' submenu of the page context menu. All browsers properly registered in Windows should show in that list.
