You need to add a reference to a line in your language file that
contains the string to be used in the menu. Here is one of my custom
right click menu entries:

Item, 999999999="Execute program, "c:\apps\opera
9.10\EditSiteUserCSS.au3", "%U", , "EditSiteUserCSS""

And its corresponding entry in my english.lng:

999999999="Edit site user CSS"
