Over here it plays using this plugin:

RealPlayer(tm) G2 LiveConnect-Enabled Plug-In (32-bit)
audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin     rpm
C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\Netscape6\nppl3260.dll

I also have the same one you have:

RealPlayer Version Plugin
application/vnd.rn-realplayer-javascript        rpj
C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\Netscape6\nprpjplug.dll

You can try adding the rpm extension to that plugin in Tools ->  
Preferences -> Advanced -> Downloads. Extensions are seperated by comma's,  
like this: "rpj,rpm". Also finding the file that plays it with me could  
obviously help :-)
