Why is it that when I went to http://customersupport.tivo.com all the
support articles there work?
Note that the URL you provided doesn't work in Firefox or IE, either. URLs
should look like this:
http://customersupport.tivo.com/knowbase/root/public/tv140705.htm
Not this:
http://customersupport.tivo.com/subjects.asp?path=4%2C0?_NetworkConnections
