9.0 will not display source in editor of choice

Hi

Opera 9.0 build 8501 on WinXP SP2 will not display source in an editor 
of choice, but will instead display the following pop-up:

"Source viewer

You have not specified an external helper application. Do you want to 
modify the configuration now?"

In Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Programs

I have tried specifying different editors (Araneae and NoteTab) with the 
same discouraging result. Opera 9.0 will only show source in Notepad or 
Opera itself. Neither is a workable option for me.

No such problem in 8.54 build 7730.

Hope someone can hand me a solution, or it's back to 8.54.
