The very first line on the popup is "Add all contacts in folder"
How do I get to that popup? The only way I know is to click on To: and
then go through about a dozen menues listing contacts that come
alphabetically before the desired contact.
I should have said pulldown. If your contact is named "me". When you click
on To:, select "me", then the very first line of the pulldown is "Add all
contacts in folder". That will send the mail to the primary address plus
all the addresses in the "Additional addresses" box.
