If you chose 'image properties' at least some of the EXIF data will be
displayed.
IMHO it would be better if Opera showed the IPTC data (caption, author,
etc) since this is more likely to contain meaningful data whereas the EXIF
data displayed is little more than an advert for the camera and image
editing program, each of which will tend to insert mentions of themselves
into the EXIF data.
If you want to extract full EXIF data from pictures it's probably easier to
use a suitable standalone image viewing program such as Irfanview or
Exifer, each of which has ways of exporting the complete data.
