Problem site

Hello,

I'm using Op8.5 on two different winXPpro computers. On both computers
I get no response from  ftp://garbo.uwasa.fi/pc/link/tscmd.zip  (a
145k file). I am able to download the file with no problems on both
computers using either IE or Kmeleon.

Has anybody encountered this problem?
