It's clearly not a bug in Opera (but perhaps a feature request for
opera.wishlist), seeing as selecting text is a basic OS-level task that also
requires an OS-level color combo to be consistent between OS applications.
FWIW, Opera is simply adhering to MS-mandated Windows UI design guidelines
